Just a suitable option for a weekend trip in Billings with incredible value for money. I really enjoyed the fresh cookies available in the lobby upon arrival. If you're flying out early, consider arranging your own transportation as their airport pickup isn't guaranteed.

I loved the comfortable room with the clean amenities and the nice setup of tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast area had decent options, especially the gluten-free choices, which were a pleasant surprise. However, I found the elevator area noisy late at night, which disrupted my sleep. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were insufficient for my needs. The staff was friendly, but they could improve on service speed. I faced a longer wait time for room service requests than expected.

The hotel feels overpriced, especially for the outdated decor!!! Noise from the nearby highway disrupts sleep, and the parking situation can become frustrating during busy times!!!

The check-in process was a breeze, and I enjoyed the fresh cookies waiting for me upon arrival. Relaxing in the hot tub and taking a dip in the indoor pool were just what I needed after a long day. The only minor hitch was that the shower could have used a little more pressure, but it didn’t take away from my great experience! 😊

What a delightful surprise! The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, and I felt genuinely cared for. The breakfast was simply fantastic, with varied hot options that exceeded my expectations.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was decent, but felt a bit outdated with old furniture. The mini-fridge was handy, but I missed having a microwave. Lighting was super dim due to the old CFL bulbs. The bathroom was clean, but the sink drained slowly. At least breakfast was a nice surprise with decent hot items and good coffee, though the room could use a refresh.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool environment could be improved. It'd be awesome if the pillows were firmer for better support.
